At BELMHORA ESSENCE , we are committed to providing quick and effective solutions to any dispute or issue with your order. To ensure your claim is processed promptly, we ask that you do the following:

1. Evidence of damage:
   
   • Please provide photos or videos of the damaged item to show the damage.
   • If the photos aren't enough to show the damage, please upload a detailed video.
2. Claim information:
   
   • Send a screenshot of the email or complaint you received, including name, date, and content.
   • This applies whether the claim was submitted via PayPal, another payment gateway, email, or another method.
3. Product Returns:
   
   • Products must be returned to BELMHORA ESSENCE only if our Claims Team requests it during the process.
   • Except in exceptional cases, we will refund, reship the product, or accept the return as appropriate.
